    Naomi Silver
    Rochester Red Wings, President, CEO & COO

Naomi Silver has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Rochester Community Baseball, Inc., since 2000.  In 1995, she was named Chief Operating Officer of the Rochester Red Wings, and President of RCB Enterprises, Inc. (concessions and catering subsidiary of Rochester Community Baseball). She also served as Vice President of Rochester Community Baseball, from 1989-1999.  She has been a board member of the International League of Professional Baseball Clubs since 1993.

Working in the spirit and tradition of Rochester Community Baseball, which was founded by her father Morrie, Naomi has served on many community boards and committees.  Including involvement with Hillel Community Day School, Jewish Community Federation, The Boys& Girls Club of Rochester, The United Way, March of Dimes, Genesee Country Museum, Rochester Rotary, and Wesley Community of Nursing Homes.

Her professional and volunteer accomplishments have been recognized throughout Greater Rochester. In 2009 she was the Honoree at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Hope for a Cure Gala.  In 2008 she was awarded Minor Executive of the Year by Baseball America, being the first woman to ever receive this award.  In 2007 she was inducted into the Red Wings Hall of Fame, recipient of the Jean Giambrone Award, the Ambassador of Humanity Community Award, and an Honoree at the ALS Field of Hope Gala.  She has been an Athena Award Nominee in 2009, 2006, 2003 and 1995. In 2005 she was recognized by the March of Dimes with the Volunteer Leadership Award. The Rochester Press Radio Club presented her with the Morrie Silver Award in 2004, and she was inducted into the Frontier Field Walk of Fame in that same year.
