I, the undersigned member of Rochester Women’s Network, Inc. (the “Network”), hereby appoint Susan Jefferson or Pilar Osorio-Godoy, either of them (individually or collectively “my proxy”) to attend the annual meeting of the members of the Network, to be held via Zoom on November 11, 2025 from 5:30-6PM or any adjournments thereof with full power of substitution, to vote on my behalf with the same effect that I might were I personally there at, and I instruct said proxy to vote as follows, and to consider and act on any other business that may properly come before the meeting:
To elect the following people to the 2025 Board of Directors – 2 year term beginning Jan 1, 2026.
