Meg Hegemann is the owner and sole proprietor of Chickadee Facilitation located in Rochester, NY. She has worked in team development, culture change and conflict transformation for 30 years. Polarity navigation and a both/and mindset have been transformative in her own life, and she loves offering these tools to others.
Down to earth with a bit of snark and a big dose of compassion, Meg lives in Irondequoit with her husband Brad, and fur children, Rudy and Frank.
