She has served as a guest essayist to Rochester’s Democrat and Chronicle and publishes a blog dedicated to personal development and professional leadership.
Miranda holds a B.S. in Communication from Rochester Institute of Technology, an M.A. in Organizational Behavior from SUNY Brockport, and a leadership coaching certificate from the University of Rochester and Ramerman Leadership Group’s Leadership Learning Collaborative. She is also a certified DISC trainer. Miranda has worked with individuals throughout the country and in Europe.
