Jill Wesley, Member at Large

Jill Wesley is the Director of People Operations at Measures for Justice. In this role at MFJ, Jill will be responsible for assisting with the development of the organization’s culture and people as well as seeing overseeing Human Resources functions. Prior to coming to MFJ, Jill served as the Director of Career Services at The College at Brockport, where she worked to connect students with life after college. She has worked at Purdue University and Boston College. Jill holds degrees from Dartmouth College (English), the University of Wisconsin-Madison (MBA), and Indiana University – Indianapolis (JD). While living in Indianapolis, Jill served as the President of the area’s Network of Women in Business. She has been a member of RWN since moving to Rochester. Jill lives in Irondequoit with her family, which includes just enough children and too many pets – although all are very loved.
