Mission: To enhance the professional lives of our members by affording them opportunities to support, empower, and inspire each other through trusted business connections and authentic relationships.
Vision: By 2030, RWN will be recognized in the Rochester, NY region as an esteemed women-led networking organization known for an engaged membership—valuing diverse voices, promoting equity and belonging, and contributing to the community in meaningful ways.
Definitions

Equity: We strive to minimize barriers so that all members may participate in all aspects of RWN.
Inclusion: We strive to create an environment that actively welcomes, celebrates, and fully includes members with varied identities and origins, experiences, and ideas.
Belonging: Create an environment that allows people to have a voice and members can participate at what level fits their individual needs.
*Membership means general members, SIG leaders, Committee members, and Board members.
