Mission: To enhance the professional lives of our members by affording them opportunities to support, empower, and inspire each other through trusted business connections and authentic relationships.

Vision: Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are part of the fabric of the organization by 2024.

Definitions
Diversity: Membership* has diverse representation from unique various backgrounds.
Equity: We strive to minimize barriers so that all members may participate in all aspects of RWN.
Inclusion: We strive to create an environment that actively welcomes, celebrates, and fully includes members with varied identities and origins, experiences, and ideas.
Belonging: Create an environment that allows people to have a voice and members can participate at what level fits their individual needs.

*Membership means general members, SIG leaders, Committee members, and Board members.
