Zoe Koulouris is a seasoned business owner, entrepreneur, and human systems expert with over fifteen years of experience building and growing companies. Throughout her career, she has played key roles in various stages of startup growth, from initial founding to exit, with a proven track record of success.
As the owner of Transform with Irini, Zoe provides tailored leadership and organizational development solutions for leaders, teams, and organizations navigating change. Her work strengthens the human systems that drive performance and sustainable growth, combining practical experience with behavioral science to deliver lasting results.
Earlier in her career, Zoe co-founded Upstate Interactive, a software consultancy that grew from four co-founders to a team of 25 in six years. The company was acquired by Foundry in 2022, where she served as Vice President of Product, leading integration during a period of rapid growth and overseeing product strategy and design. She also contributed to the growth of a health tech startup, experiences that deepened her passion for innovation and leadership.
Zoe earned a BS in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Syracuse University, with a minor in Psychology. She has pursued additional certifications in leadership, web development, product management, and sales. Committed to local economic growth, she was named a Central NY 40 Under 40 honoree and Rochester Tech Woman of the Year finalist.
